This is a letter of appreciation to the Merle Building team. The house built on lot 18 in Builder Heights subdivision exceeded our expectations. 

We found Scott, Ron and Sandy to be good people.  The office support, consisting of Angie, Andrea and Patty were always courteous, helpful and professional.  The skilled contractors that were used were very knowlgeable in their area of expertise.  They were always willing to answer any questions that we had and to discuss any modifications that we requested.

From the beginning, Scott and Ron's priority was to understand our wants and needs and to work within the budget that we had established.  On Numerous occassions Scott personally walked building lot after building lot looking for the site that would meet our requirements.  During the construction process, Scott and Ron refused to cut corners that would ultimately jeopordize the quality construction of the home.  The attention to detail was refreshing to see.  Also, any additions or extras that inevitably occur during the building process were always discussed and clearly documented.  There were not any hidden expenses or surprises at closing.

We would recommend the Merle Building team to anyone in search of a dedicated group of people whose objective is to provide quality construction at an affordable price.
